The benefits

Diversifies investment

An investment in Weave is spread among more than two dozen community bond issuers across Canada.

Reaches underfunded communities

Community bonds could benefit organizations in rural, remote, equity-deserving, and other communities without population density or wealth to support an entirely retail-subscribed campaign. Through Weave, institutional capital brings projects to life and makes it possible to offer wealth-building investment opportunities.

Streamlines impact

Weave handles due diligence with issuers, so investors can have widespread impact without costly due diligence on each project.

Encourages more retail impact investment

Weave crowds in retail investment, by making early ‘anchor’ investments in community bond issuers’ projects, bringing attention to the project and inspiring trust.
